Project Details

The purpose of this project was to create a platform to assist in promoting and selling Gamut360’s new property before they are completely built so that they can maximize on investment and minimize ‘dead’ time on the market. [L]earned Media’s role was to build out a unique brand and website, creating a digital destination which encompasses all of its offerings. The main objective was - to beautifully showcase all the elements of the home including the surrounding communities so that the audience can feel trusting enough to make a financial commitment/down payment on the property.
