With the rise of creators driven by entertainment and resulting in a massive economy around creator businesses, Lumanu has created a seamless platform where brands and creators can collaborate efficiently and effectively to enable better business results. Their website, at its previous state, leaned heavily toward brands and didn’t establish a voice for creators who play a huge role in driving their business. The goal was to design a website that communicates to their audience how creators and brands can effectively work together. My role involved creating a user journey map to understand their audiences needs, develop wireframe prototypes to help map out content needs and user flow, and worked on executing the final design.

User Journey Map
For Creators
When workshopping the user journey for creators, we were able to extract the main objective for creators. Ultimately we want to get creators to feel confident they can rely on Lumanu as the foundation to help run and grow their business; by empathizing with their everyday challenges and providing solutions that will make their lives easier. To do this we need to make sure that we are communicating clearly through copy and visuals all the benefits and features of using Lumanu and get creators eager to request access and sign up for the waitlist.

For Brands
When workshopping the user journey for brands, we were able to extract the main objective for brands. Ultimately, we want to get brands to feel confident they can rely on Lumanu to maximize their growth potential using Lumanu’s powerful technology (i.e whitelisting/1-click advertising permission), and streamline workflow by eliminating the manual labor and hassle involved with influencer advertising. To do this we need to make sure that we are communicating clearly through copy, visuals, and seamless user experience so that brands can fill out a lead form and speak directly with sales.
